This project is an entire senior campus development, including 22 units of independent living, 34 units of assisted living (3 of which are accessible), 10 memory care units, and 49 units of skilled nursing. The site is planned for future expansion of senior housing, independent living, and assisted living.

The entire campus will be united by a central lodge — entry to the assisted living and independent living portions will be through the central resident center. Assisted living and independent living residents will also have the option to be more independent of the campus, and enter through a secondary entry to each building. Residents can choose the level of connection to the community and the services offered.
